1st Option – Use Select All Option

If anyone wants to delete all emails, they can use the Select All option. They need to open Gmail on the desktop. After that, on the left side of the Gmail, they will see a checkbox, and they have to tick mark on it. After that, all your emails will be selected. After selecting, they have to click on the Delete option, and all the emails will be deleted.

Delete Your Emails In Gmail By Category

There are many people who don’t want to delete all their emails, those people only want to delete emails from any category in Gmail. For that, users need to open the category, such as Social or Promotions. After opening the category, users need to tick mark on the checkbox on the left side and then click the Delete option. By this way, users can delete emails from a specific category in one click.

Delete Any Older Emails In Gmail

There are also some people who only want to delete old emails. To do that, Gmail users have to tap on the Filter options and select the specific time range of the emails, like emails that are one year old, two years old, or ten years old. After selecting the time range, users need to tap the checkbox, and then click the Delete option. Restore Deleted Emails In One Click

Some Gmail users accidentally deleted an important Email, and now they want to restore that email. For that, firstly, they have to open Gmail and need to go to the Bin folder. There, you will find all the emails that you deleted. Now you have to search for the email you want to restore. After selecting that email, click on the Restore option. After following this process, the email will return to your inbox.

But, you need to keep one important thing in your mind, that deleted emails remain in the Bin folder only for 1 month or 30 days. So, if you want to restore any email, make sure to restore that email within 30 days.
